4. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA:
   Legal basis for the recessing of personal data it the individuals consent according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The purpose of processing persona data is to maintain contact with customers, maintain customers relationships, marketing, etc. The information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. CONTENTS OF THE REGISTER: The data stored in the register include; name, company(organisation, contact information(phone, email, address), website, order information, billing information and other information related to customer relationships and ordered services.

REGULAR DATA SOURCES: The data to be stored in the register are obtained from the customer via messages sent through on line forms, email, phone calls, social media services, customer meetings, or other situations where the customer provides their information. Information about contact persons of companies and organisations may also be collected from public sources, such as websites, and directory services.
7. REGULAR DISCLOSURES OF DATA AND TRANSFER DATA OUTSIDE EU AND ETA: Data is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information may be published to extent agreed with customer.
8. PRINCIPLES OF REGISTER PROTECTION: Care and caution are exercised in the processing of the register, and the data processed through in formation systems are adequately protected.
9. RIGHT TO INSPECTION AND RIGHT TO REQUEST CORRECTION OF INFORMATION:
   Everyone in the register has the right to check their stored information and request correction of any errors or completion or incomplete information.
10. OTHER RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
    Individuals in the register have the right to request the deletion of their information from the register. Request must be sen in writing to the data controller. We reserve the right to update and change the register and privacy statement.
